Product Overview
The Lingyun Y3 is a high-altitude curtain wall cleaning robot engineered for exceptional obstacle-crossing performance on complex facades. With unfolded dimensions of 2070×1830×890mm and a folded size of 1260×1830×620mm, the robot weighs 90kg (excluding battery) and supports a working height of up to 600 meters. It operates on slopes ranging from 85° to 90° and features a 20cm obstacle-crossing capability, enabling it to smoothly identify and traverse seams, rubber strips, and small obstacles such as lighting fixtures and sensors without interrupting cleaning continuity.
Power & Water Supply
The Y3 is equipped with a high-capacity battery that delivers up to 7 hours of single-charge operation, supported by low-power motor and control system design for extended endurance. Water is supplied via a built-in 15L water circulation tank, eliminating the need for frequent refilling during operation.
Core Technologies & Features
The robot features a robust suction adhesion system that firmly grips glass curtain wall surfaces using internal and external air pressure differentials, providing stable and reliable support for cleaning operations. Its flexible and efficient mobility system enables free movement across vertical and inclined walls, covering the entire cleaning area. The comprehensive cleaning function addresses floating dust, rain stains, stubborn dirt, and edge crevice grime simultaneously. Intelligent path planning and navigation technology accurately identifies wall boundaries and cleaning blind spots, enabling automated operation without manual intervention and ensuring complete wall coverage.
Safety & Design
Multiple safety layers include a dual-battery design, dual suction systems, and dual physical safety ropes to handle various emergency situations. A break-chain protection mechanism automatically triggers safety actions—such as stopping movement and sounding an alarm—when communication is interrupted or anomalies occur. The lightweight and modular design reduces overall weight while making maintenance and component replacement more efficient, effectively lowering both usage and maintenance costs. The robot supports both fully automatic and manual control modes.
