Product Overview

The Lingkong K3 is a high-altitude flat curtain wall cleaning robot engineered for efficient and safe facade maintenance. With compact dimensions of 1377×1025×368mm and a weight of 73kg, the robot utilizes a suction-cup-adhesion wheeled mobility system that supports both automatic and manual operation modes. It features a 5mm obstacle-crossing capability and delivers an impressive cleaning efficiency of 720 m²/h. The robot is powered by a battery system offering approximately 3 hours of runtime per charge (±30%), and employs a water circulation system for supply, eliminating the need for constant refilling. It carries an IP54 protection rating, ensuring reliable performance in various working conditions.

Core Technologies & Safety

The K3 is equipped with an eight-point suction adhesion system that firmly anchors the robot to the wall, capable of withstanding winds up to Force 12. A self-adhesive propulsion power system with automatic pneumatic compensation provides intelligent增压 adsorption in case of unexpected events. Four-direction high-precision sensors enable collision avoidance and edge detection, intelligently slowing down or steering around obstacles. The intelligent atomized water spray system delivers bi-directional self-spraying mist cleaning, maintaining consistent humidity for a more thorough clean. A high-definition dynamic video transmission system allows seamless switching between intelligent and manual modes for flexible operation. The professional self-locking control system ensures the robot remains securely attached to the safety rope even during power outages.

Key Advantages

The K3 is designed with six core principles in mind: Safer – wind-resistant anti-fall design keeps the robot securely on the safety rope even in sudden high winds or power failuresCleaner – a brush-wash-scrape multi-step cleaning process ensures every glass panel is washed and scraped multiple timesMore Efficient – integrating AI technologies, a single machine can clean 1,200–2,000 m² per day, three times the efficiency of manual laborMore Eco-Friendly – the water circulation system uses tap water without chemical additives, avoiding secondary pollution to glass surfaces and green beltsMore Energy-Efficient – low-power design allows two batteries to power a machine through a 100-meter building cleaning job, while the wastewater filtration and recovery system enables half-day operation with just 8 liters of waterMore Standardized – strict robotic operation standards are enforced, with full insurance coverage for peace of mind.
