The Lingfeng S1 is a professional-grade curtain wall cleaning robot designed for high-altitude facade maintenance. With unfolded dimensions of 4240×1540×1540mm and a folded size of 2160×370×350mm, the robot weighs 105kg (excluding water hose and cables) and supports a working height of up to 150 meters. It operates on slopes ranging from 0° to 90° and features a 40cm obstacle-crossing capability, making it highly effective on facades with horizontal frames and structural barriers. The cleaning width covers 4 meters per pass.
Power & Water Supply
The S1 employs a tethered power supply system that enables continuous operation without the need for battery swapping. Water is supplied via a ground-based high-pressure pump station, eliminating the need for onboard water tanks and avoiding interruptions for refilling.
Safety Features
Safety is prioritized with dual safety ropes for fall protection, complemented by a high-altitude power-off anti-drop system that prevents the robot from falling in the event of a power outage. Additionally, a break-chain protection mechanism automatically triggers safety actions—such as stopping movement and sounding an alarm—when communication is interrupted or anomalies occur.
Cleaning Performance
The robot is equipped with three high-pressure water jets that deliver thorough, streak-free cleaning. It is adaptable to a variety of surfaces, including glass curtain walls, aluminum-plastic panels, marble, and ceramic tiles.
Operation & Mobility
The S1 supports both fully automatic and manual control modes. Its intelligent cruise and automatic cleaning function enables low-labor, row-by-row and column-by-column cleaning operations, significantly improving efficiency. The modular design allows the body to be folded for convenient storage and transportation.
