Product Overview
The Mamibot iGLASSBOT W120-P is a square-bodied window and skylight cleaning robot with a built-in water tank — the feature that separates it from round discs you have to pre-wet. Mamibot calls it its fifth-generation square cleaner and the second square model with self-spraying. It is slim at 7.8cm and light at 1.35kg, with 3000Pa of suction holding it to glass and smooth vertical surfaces. The 50ml tank sprays automatically to the robot’s forward direction and holds enough water for up to 170 sprays per fill, so it wets as it works rather than dragging a dry cloth over dry glass.
Core Technologies & Safety
Three spray modes cover daily use: auto (one spray every 5 seconds), app-controlled (every 10, 15 or 20 seconds) and manual (one press, one spray via remote or app). Four sensors detect edges and obstacles, cutting the risk of falling or jamming at the awkward corner where two frames meet — a common failure point on multi-pane skylights. Path planning runs in Z, N or combined Z+N patterns and includes collision prediction and obstacle avoidance, so the robot will not wedge itself against a window handle. It auto-returns to its start position after each cycle, which makes shuttling it between roof panes practical.
Key Advantages
The W120-P suits owners whose skylights get rain-spotting and pollen, where a wet clean genuinely beats a dry wipe and hauling a spray bottle up a ladder is the thing you are trying to avoid. The self-spray tank is the reason to pick it over a cheaper dry-only robot, and the light 1.35kg body is easy to lift onto an overhead pane. Its limits are honest: 3000Pa is strong but behind the top corded suction, and the 50ml tank is sized for domestic roofs, not long commercial runs. It is a one-operator tool for a modest number of panes, not a fleet machine.
